HOW AffinitySystems COLLECTS INFORMATION
We provide services to consumers using web-based tools and software as well as through chat and some times telephonic communication. These tools may include scripts run from our servers that enable us to run cloud-based diagnostics on user’s computer and check for issues with installed softwares or issues caused by malware etc. with their permission. We require certain information and permissions from you to provide the Services. Some information we collect may be provided by the user directly such as when requested by a form or while chating/talking with a technician. Other technical information might be collected or accessed by or through our diagnostic and related tools as our computers/servers work with yours to provide the Services.

Information You Provide.
PERSONAL INFORMATION:
We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (“personal information”) or allows us to contact you. In order to use the Services, the user must first typically register or provide certain identifying information. PAYMENT INFORMATION:
If you register for the Services, AffinitySystems WILL NEITHER collect credit card information NOR other payment information. Like many companies, AffinitySystems uses third party payment processing, payment gateways to process and verify credit card transactions. Payment information provided on any AffinitySystems portal is used just to complete your transactions todwards AffinitySystems without caching / keeping any records thereof. Computer and System Information such as IP address and other information which is related to and/or generated by IP address will be collected while registering for our softwares / services to make sure that the computer in use for making the payment and personal information provided belong to same person, in other words the collection of such information is to suppress and curb down fraud and use of stolen financial information on our portal.

AffinitySystems uses some online diagnostic tools that may collect a wide variety of useful information about the state of a computer system and applications installed on it. This information is communicated to AffinitySystems securely over the Internet. AffinitySystems analyzes this information to help diagnose and solve end-user problems. The AffinitySystems diagnostic application is NOT designed to collect sensitive information such as websites visited, e-mail messages, e-mail addresses to which emails have been sent or received from, passwords, profiles, etc. Use of the Diagnostic applications may be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective software license agreements.
LIVE HELP SESSION RECORDS:
AffinitySystems reserves the right to monitor and record on-line and off-line sessions between users and AffinitySystems technicians for quality control and service-related purposes. Some uses of this type of information include improving the Service, building a support knowledge base and conducting internal market research. We do not correlate session record data used for these purposes with personal information unless for complaints of financial and/or other types of fraud etc.
